AFTER challenging pound-for-pound king Manny Pacquiao via his Twitter account to face him in a super fight on May 5 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, unbeaten American boxing star Floyd Mayweather Jr. called out Top Rank big boss Bob Arum to make one of the biggest fights in history happen.

The 34-year-old Mayweather Jr. said through his Twitter account that he wants to face Pacquiao, and all Arum has to do to make the fight is to call either his adviser Al Haymon or Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Shaefer. (more)

If Manny Pacquiao doesn’t face Floyd Mayweather Jr. in his ring comeback, renowned boxing trainer Freddie Roach believes that Timothy Bradley would be the best alternate.

However, among the four possible opponents, renowned Mexican trainer Ignacio “Nacho” Beristain believes that the 33-year-old Filipino boxing icon will pick a fourth encounter with his ward Juan Manuel Marquez.
