OFFICIALS of Talisay City’s ruling administration bloc denied allegations that they were using the national government’s conditional cash transfer (CCT) program for political leverage.

TEAM Rama yesterday denied planting the survey that was released last Tuesday showing Mayor Michael Rama leading over Rep. Tomas Osmeña (Cebu City, south district) in the mayoral race for the upcoming May 13 polls.
The survey, which was supposedly commissioned by the Liberal Party (LP) and conducted by the University of San Carlos (USC) College of Advance Studies, was said to be released to counter the results of a survey done by the USC Political Science (Polsci) Department.
