THE Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (Owwa) targets 5,000 Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) from Saudi Arabia to avail of their 90-day “Nation without Violations” Amnesty Program. Those who can avail of the program include Filipinos residing at Saudi Arabia whose Iqama, the identification card given to foreign workers and paid for by the employers, expired on or before March 19 and Filipino workers with work permit but no Iqama Identification card.MORE

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte welcomed around 150 repatriated overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) from Saudi Arabia at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Pasay City early Monday morning. A total of 150 Filipinos, who had availed of Saudi Arabian government’s amnesty for undocumented workers, returned to the country along with the President following his three state visits to the Middle East.MORE
