Plastic Ordinance takes effect November

BACOLOD City will soon follow suit with other cities in the implementation of City Ordinance No. 562 or the Plastic Regulation Ordinance which is set to be implemented on November 23, 2012. Bacolod Councilor Em Legaspi-Ang said the technical working group have met twice already for the preparation of the actual implementation of the ordinance.
